Dr. Beth Traylor is a nationally recognized physician-leader in Age Management and Preventive Medicine, with more than 40 years of clinical experience and a singular focus on advancing the science and practice of longevity medicine worldwide. As a Senior Institute Physician at Cenegenics and Past President of the Board of the Cenegenics Education & Research Foundation, she played a central role in shaping physician education, clinical standards, and research in the field of age management medicine.
Dr. Traylor earned her medical degree from The Chicago Medical School at Rosalind Franklin University of Health Sciences and completed her Family Medicine residency at St. Joseph Hospital in Chicago, a Northwestern University–affiliated program. She has been a board-certified Family Medicine physician since 1987 and has devoted much of her career to women’s health, hormone optimization, and preventive care across the lifespan.
In 2002, Dr. Traylor earned her certification in Age Management Medicine and joined Cenegenics—becoming one of the earliest physician leaders in the organization. Since that time, she has practiced with Cenegenics as a Senior Institute Physician, helping define the clinical framework that underpins personalized, hormone-focused longevity care for both women and men.
As President of the Board of the Cenegenics Education & Research Foundation, Dr. Traylor has supported the organization’s mission to train physicians from around the world in evidence-based age management medicine while advancing research that continues to elevate the field. Her leadership has influenced thousands of clinicians and countless patients globally.
Dr. Traylor is a Fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians and a Diplomate of the American Board of Family Medicine. She is an active member of the International and North American Menopause Societies, the American Society for Nutrition, The Endocrine Society, and the American College of Preventive Medicine, reflecting her interdisciplinary approach to longevity, hormone health, and disease prevention.
